Located in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, China, Yongjia Huangtian No.2 Kindergarten was faced with the important task of creating a safe and child-friendly school environment that would meet the needs of modern educational concepts.
The head of the kindergarten contacted us, stating that they were planning to open 15 classes, with a total land area of 5,442.6 square metres and a building area of 5,200 square metres.
Given that the health and safety of the children was the primary concern, they emphasised the need for environmentally friendly and durable materials, and wanted a space designed to stimulate the children's interest in learning and creativity.
After receiving the request, our professional design team immediately launched a detailed preliminary research and planning work.
Through on-site inspections, combined with the specific needs of the kindergarten, we made use of advanced design software, according to the area of each class and the expected number of students, we elaborately drew a number of sets of design scheme effect diagrams, such as chess room, scientific light and shadow room, life baking room, sensory room, etc., aiming to create a warm, lively and rich educational learning environment.
After communicating with the client and listening to their opinions, we made many adjustments and optimisation to the scheme, and finally decided on a final design that not only meets the kindergarten's educational concept, but also reflects the characteristics of environmental protection and durability.
We chose materials that meet national environmental standards, such as China Resources' environmentally friendly UV and water-based paints, and Yongtnai, a first-class supplier of wood adhesives in China, to ensure that the children grow up in a healthy environment.

Furniture and facilities are made of high-strength, wear-resistant materials, with rounded corners to avoid injuries to children during play and to ensure that long-term use is not easy to damage.

Combined with the psychological and behavioural characteristics of young children, a series of creative and interesting spatial layout and decorative elements are designed to stimulate children's imagination and creativity.
Easy Maintenance
The selection of easy-to-clean and easy-to-maintain materials reduces daily maintenance costs and brings convenience to kindergarten managers.
